Purpose of Donation Requests & Sponsors
GRANTS WISHES immediate goal is to grant second wishes to every qualified pediatric oncology patient at Children's Hospital of Orange County, Miller Children’s in Long Beach, Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital and Rady Children's Hospital in San Diego. In addition, GRANTS WISHES will consider future expansion of their services to other local pediatric oncology hospitals as funds allow. In order to meet these goals we need the support of our community, corporate and private donors willing to contribute to this very worthy cause. All donated funds and event profits go DIRECTLY to granting wishes. We incur minimal administrative expenses for printing, mailing credit card processing fees, website hosting, insurance, federal, state, accountant and attorney fees and distribute them evenly against event expenses. This is a volunteer run organization with no payroll expenses.
Measurable Outcome Success of the Grants Wishes Fundraising efforts is what determines the success of our organization. We measure that success by the timely manner in which wishes will be able to be granted and the joy each wish brings. The ability to grant wishes in a timely manner is key due to the severity of the illnesses these children are battling. Grants Wishes will currently use nearly 100% of all donated funds and event profits for the sole purpose of granting wishes.
