On October 17th 2010, friends; Allison and Elle ran the Nike Women's Half Marathon in San Francisco to help raise money for Grants Wishes. Allison and Elle raised enough money to grant one wish, so they raised $2,000. They asked their friends and family to sponsor them in their challenge to run the half-marathon for Grants Wishes. Elle recycled cans to reach her goal. Every amount was wonderful and no amount was too small! We all greatly appreciate any and all donations. Allison and Elle have supported Grants Wishes participating in the CHOC Walk and both knew Grant and his family having attended elementary school together. These are two very special young ladies with very big hearts, Thank you for supporting them making more wishes come true.

Hello everyone!
Thank you all so much for supporting Allison and I in our goal to raise $2,000 for Grant's Wishes. We appreciate all of your donations! Right now, with the donations received and/or pledged, we have reached $1870.00, so we are very close to being able to grant a wish!
We ran the half marathon last Sunday, and it went extremely well! We finished in 2 hours and 48 minutes. Of course, our mothers beat us...... but it was a really fantastic run, and we all had a great time. We may even take our own team of high schoolers up next year to run it again! Once again, thank you so much for supporting us! We truly appreciate it!
